According to co-founder Lillian Jackson, "When you have a conversation organically in a casual setting, you learn so much more about a person. Through that conversation, you can identify opportunities that might be beneficial. I have made many connections with women over brunch that have afforded me new personal and business opportunities." 

Brown Skin Brunchin' is a social group dedicated to bringing together women of color who want to expand their personal and professional network unconventionally. The social group has chapters in 18 cities in the US, with plans to expand to 50 cities by the end of 2021. 

Current Brunch cities are Richmond, VA - Washington, DC - Charlotte, NC - Atlanta, GA - Tampa, FL - Chicago, IL - San Francisco, CA - Los Angeles, CA - Inland Empire, CA - Fresno, CA - Las Vegas, NV - Houston, TX - Dallas, TX - San Antonio, TX - Minneapolis, MN, Phoenix, AZ. Each city listed offers women of color the opportunity to brunch with other minority women in the area.
